Aloha! My mother passed suddenly and she lived alone in the state of PA. I had to do everything remote from Hawaii. The team at Greater PA Cremation did an amazing job to answer any questions I had and even were mindful of the time difference. Everything was seamless from the ease of the website to the turnaround time to get my mother shipped home. Even recommended some things to help facilitate easier. I was cautious because of the fact I wasnt in the same state but rest assured this is a legitimate company and an affordable one with everything considered and thankfully everyone through the process was gentle and kind. Thank you to Jen for her patience with me. Aloha.
