After our experience with Thompson we wouldn't even consider anyone else for our final needs. They are first class all the way. Great people to work with.
Thompson Funeral Home could not have been nicer or any more accommodating. My husband and I went to them for his mother, and I went there for my husband. I couldnt have been more pleased.
Our experience with Thompson Funeral Home was truly exceptional and went far beyond what we expected during such a difficult time. Its clear their many years of experience enabled them to provide this level of service.

Everyone was very nice and helpful
Communication could be better regarding services and timeframes. Several family member came to me to say they didnt appreciate being told if you want to see your love one buried today I need everyone outside. This could be avoided by giving specific time frames. Edit: After the Google review Greg reached out to me to offer his apologies and genuinely listened to my concerns. I really believe he cares about the service he provides and strives to give families the best closure he can.
Julia and Liza were very kind and accommodating! They were both very professional and showed compassion.

Very compassionate. Easy to work with, patient and flexible. Everything moved like clock work.
My dad pre planned what services he wanted (public service announcement: please do this, it relieves so much pressure for your family). I still had to plan the memorial and Im not great at ideas for things like that. No need to fear, Sarah my funeral director, had great ideas for music, items to display and after hearing about my dads life, suggested a memento we could give to attendees. Her dedication gave me the boost and focus I needed to make his service one that I could be proud of. I honored my dad the way he would have wanted, and that happened because of Sarah.
They were great.

From the very first phone call, I knew my mom was in caring hands. The compassion and kindness shown by this funeral home during the most devastating time of my life is something I will never forget. They came out in the middle of a snowstorm and took the time to shovel a path so my mom could be gently and respectfully taken from her home. Inside, they treated her with such tenderness, dignity, and loveit felt as though they were caring for their own. In moments when our hearts were completely broken, their calm presence brought comfort and peace. Every single person we encountered was kind, but Luis and Christy went above and beyond in ways I can never fully put into words. From that first call to the day I picked up my moms ashes, I was met with patience, empathy, and understanding. I will be forever grateful for the care they showed my mom and the compassion they showed our family. During the darkest moment of my life, they brought light, grace, and comfort. I cannot recommend
I don't know how to thank all of the staff at Snyder-Bean (Lebanon). David is absolutely the kindness man I ever met. He sat with my husband and I as we had "Life Insurance issues" to correct. David talked to me over weekends, late evenings and extended himself to help more than ANY funeral home I have dealt with. (We actually decided to leave the previous chosen funeral home) We are "pre-planning" for family. Originally, My husband and I went to a Veteran luncheon - immediately, we both agreed - it had to be the place. Every staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. Chrissy Hummel was accommodating. she provided the tour, and it was clear how much she cared for people. The one lady (sorry, I forgot her name) sat with us and answered questions and prepared us for the meeting with David. I recommend everyone PLEASE stop and see the place, talk with the staff. It doesn't feel "gloomy and cold!" There's a sense of comfort that surrounds you. You just have to see for yourself and me
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Snyder Funeral Home for their support during my grandmothers cremation process. This was my first time experiencing the loss of a loved one, and I didnt know anything about how these processes worked. They guided me with patience, compassion, and professionalism every step of the way. I am especially grateful to Mr. Luis Osorio for his kindness and for helping my family and me make a difficult moment a little easier. I sincerely recommend their services for their exceptional care and human touch.
