I am very content with the services I received from the Moskal $ Kennedy Funeral Home during the unexpected death of my brother - John Bonanno. Mr. Dan Kennedy was very kind and helpful in helping me make arrangements. I am not from the area and was very impressed with their services. I highly recommend them to anyone in Johnstown, PA or the surrounding areas for their services. Mr Kennedy provided information to me with claiming death insurance, that no one else told me. Dan made planning my dad's funeral easier and less stressful for me and my sisters. When it came time for us to pick out a monument he helped us pick the perfect monument to remember our dad and what he loved.

Losing a beloved pet is a very difficult experience for the entire family. We have used Hindman during our previous loss of a loved pet...actually family. I cannot express how wonderful everyone was with my family and I. From the first phone call, delicately asking how we were, to setting up the arrangements. They picked our babies up at the vet very quickly and kept us updated during the entire process. Their urns are beautiful and it meant so much for us to have the paw prints, nose prints, and hair as well. We live about an hour from the facility and were very thankful that they were willing to meet us locally to return our loved ones to us. I recommend their services to everyone who is experiencing this great loss in the life. They are very respectful and gentle and provide a great service to the community. Thank you all so much for the services you provide and the compassion in which you do it.

Everyone at Baker Funeral Chapel is amazing! When my father passed away recently, I felt lost because I'd never planned the funeral of a loved one before. I had no idea what a complex and detailed process it could be having to pick up the pieces. Andrew and Michael took care of my family and looked after us throughout the entire ordeal. They took time to educate me on what the next steps would be and in what order things should be done. They wove our wishes and memories into a beautiful memorial for my father in their lavish viewing room. They even created a beautiful slide-show movie that had everyone reminiscing of fun times and sharing family history. I can't say enough about how blown-away I was by my experience with Baker Funeral Chapel. I could not have done any of this without them and I am very grateful to have had their help. If you ever lose a loved one, trust them with your funeral or memorial plans. You will be very happy that you did!

The people at Baker-Harris were tremendously helpful to our family after the recent passing of my brother-in-law. He passed away two days before Thanksgiving, and yet they met with us the day after he passed and made our difficult situation better. Our entire family especially thought so much of Vicki who was beyond helpful. She met with my wife and her cousin to help plan the funeral. She answered all of their questions, and was extremely compassionate with everyone. The entire staff checked on my mother-in-law during the entire visitation and funeral, and made her feel much more at ease.

Bill, Dan, Vicki and all of the staff were wonderful. They all showed exceptional compassion, professionalism and care for our family during a very difficult time.

We used their pet service recently when our beloved dog passed unexpectedly on a Sunday night. The after hours answering service was kind and efficient, and a staff member contacted me quickly to make arrangements. They came out at 930pm and treated her with the same care as a family member who had passed. She was returned with the same care in a simple white urn, with a lock of her fur, ink paw prints, and a clay impression of her paw. Bob made sure everything turned out beautifully. They have a nice selection of pet urns available as well [we planned a custom urn separately].

Harris Funeral Home has been very supportive throughout all of the passings of our family members. From helping us create memory photo slides, to dressing them beautifully for visitation, there is no better place to go 

For 3 of my generation have been at Geisel funeral home . And always was a great experience and now under new owner I thought the experience would be different but it's been the same as I had experience before that's why I had always trusted in this funeral home .and will continue to go into the future with my family members as I always had. And Matt the owner of it showed me that is true .

Geisel funeral home is conveniently located in Johnstown. It has a many rooms for gathering with family and allows for a beautiful service.

My husband and I were lost when our beloved 12 year old lab-basset mix passed. My friend recommended Pet Pathways. This was the first pet cremation we experienced and I would highly recommend them to anyone who loses a furry loved one. Pet Pathways took wonderful care of our Bubba and Frank made us feel like we were family when he brought him home. The flat rate that they have eliminates alot of questions in your time of need so that you may concentrate on mourning the loss of your loved one.
