Bonin Funeral Home and John Paletski recently handled my Aunt's cremation and interment service. My Aunt had a pre-arranged funeral, also assisted by John. I want to thank John and his staff for their kindness and professionalism throughout this difficult time. My family and I live out of town, so carrying out the process was a bit more challenging. John and his staff always responded to my calls promptly, answered my questions and concerns, and followed up. And he was so thorough and helpful, helping my Aunt pre-arrange her Funeral, even going to her assisted living facility to meet with us. He explained her choices and guided her through the process. It made things so much easier and her wishes were respected. Thanks again on behalf of me, my Auntie, and my family.
John, you are genuinely a caring and compassionate man. You brought comfort and compassion to our entire family at a very difficult time. You may say that its your job; however, I feel you went above and beyond in answering questions and filling our requests. You have the gift of providing great comfort and of conveying serenity and gentle guidance with the death and funeral process. We have received so many compliments on how beautifully everything was handled - in every aspect. Your service is impeccable. You are a class act and I am so happy that we chose to use your services. I am really so very grateful for all your help and for all that you have done.- Candace
Being an out of town funeral director myself, I understand the importance of professional services when a family is in need of it most. This past February my mother-in-law suffered the loss of her brother. The staff at the Frank J. Bonin Funeral Home, went over and above to make sure every detail was handled properly. It was clear I would not be able to attend the service due to a conflicting scheduling so John and his staff went out of there way to make sure my wife and family got to the funeral mass and home with no issues. We can not thank them enough for there support and dedication during this time.
