I am very satisfied with Lacey Memorial. I recently lost my German Shepard. It was late at night and I didn't know what to do. When I saw the LM was 24hrs, I immediately called and told them what happened. The lady I spoke to, I will never forget how compassionate and helpful she was. Once we arrived at the cemetery, the caretaker Shawn was very compassionate as well. He let us take as much time as we needed to say goodbye and he was very respectful to our animal. He helped me with the paperwork and choosing the perfect urn. When I picked up our animal's remains yesterday, I was able to see the pet cemetery and it is so beautiful. I am so thankful LM exists and offers all that it does for animals, esp for situations like the one I was in. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you all so much for everything. d
Would recommend them over and over. Shawn was very pleasant to work with and was very respectful he made a very rough situation. Little easier to handle. Even though our hearts ached when dropping her off the way he showed care made it easier to handle.
Highly recommend for all of your pet companions end of life needs. They help you through a difficult process. Damien was amazing to work with and suggest working with him directly.
