I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place. Hilary went above and beyond for my dad's funeral. It's been almost 10 years ago, and I still remember how special he made it. It was an ice-cold December day, but Hilary rode his motorcycle, pulling my dad's flag-draped casket in a special veteran's trailer, all the way to Toledo Memorial Park. He also advised me that women can be pallbearers, which I never even considered. I was proud to be one of my dad's pallbearers. Thank you, Hilary.

I cannot say enough kind things about Kandice and Karen here at Dell Riggs Funeral Home. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they treated my sister and I with such genuine compassion, patience, and care. They never rushed us, answered every question with kindness, and made sure we understood each step of the process. What truly meant the most was how they followed up afterward to check on us and make sure we were okay. That level of thoughtfulness goes far beyond professionalism it really showed heart. The staff at Newcomer was very kind and supportive in the most devastating days of my life. They did everything I requested . Reasonably priced as well.

My daughter called in the middle of the night. Responded very quickly and professionaly. We went the next morning and made all the arrangements. I was worried about his hair and beard needing a trim, they assured me they would take care of it. They did a great job on his hair and beard. he looked great! The people were very professional took care of death certificates and other notifications. Did a great slide show and I recieved a nice flash drive. Arranged flowers and gifts as soon as they arrived. I and my family was coping with the loss of our loved one, some of the most support comes from the funeral home. I was always addressed by my name and alot of support came from the professional staff at the darkest moments of my life. I'm going to make my arrangements soon I don't want my kids to have to do this again.

My family has used Newcomer three times in the past 3 years and they've been so very professional, helpful and caring in every way. I highly recommend the Newcomer Family and their services.

My father unexpectedly passed away causing my entire family a ton of pain and sorrow. John the funeral home director and owner did everything in his power to ease that pain and sorrow. Answering any questions, all phone calls, going out of his way to provide the best service as possible for my dad. It turned out great, will use him everytime in the future!

I unexpectedly had to plan a funeral for my little brother. I thought it would be best to do it in the neighborhood we grew up in since many of our friends still live in the area. John, the owner of Castillo's Funeral Home was wonderful, caring and we couldn't have asked for more. There was no pressure on the casket and services offered. You can make the choice of how fancy you want to get with no judgement. Prices were lower than the big "discount homes". I couldn't offer a higher recommendation for John and his staff. THANK YOU!

We lost our beautiful mother last Thursday April 24th. When we left the hospital that day we met with John Castillo shortly after and from there he handled all the arrangements swiftly and with compassion and understanding. My Mothers service was one she would have loved and we couldn't have asked for a better turnout. Thank you John Castillo for sending my mother home in the most beautiful way. I was very comfortable from the first phone call I received to make arrangements to the follow up call one month after moms funeral. From beginning to end, Jennifer and all the staff at Walker were professional, polite, and accommodating. They even allowed a playlist of moms favorite songs from the 50s and 60s. They were very gracious and most helpful through every aspect of this emotional time. I would recommend Walker to anyone seeking information or choices in needed times.

Caring and compassionate. They helped us through funerals for both my mom and dad and took care of coordinating the announcement, church, lunch, and cemetery service. You dont realize how many details there are and decisions to make in a short period of time. They were great and helped me and my family through all of it.

My mother had her wishes spelled out for 30 years before she passed. As she aged, she changed her mind about wanting the big funeral and showing. We were treated with the utmost respect as we scaled down to meet my mother's wishes. The follow through was so much appreciated. Thank you for making a very difficult time more bearable.
