They handled my husband's funeral in January 2025. Staff was knowledgeable in everything thing that needed done and handled everything from death certificate, cremation certificate, service, public memorial notice...ect. There are truly no words that fully capture how incredible Andrew is, but I will try. When my father passed away on January 14th, he was initially at another local funeral home where the costs were overwhelming. From the moment Andrew stepped in, he immediately helped my family with an affordable, dignified service and relieved a tremendous amount of stress during the most painful time of our lives. Schneeberger-Oser funeral home has been a blessing to our family. Through the years they have handled several family members when they passed. Recently my mother passed away and I couldnt have asked for better service. They were sensitive, kind, and sympathetic. They followed up to ensure my well being. The staff was very nice. Brandon was very compassionate when helping me deal with the death of my partner and helping with what I needed to do. Bill was also very helpful when picking up his ashes.

The staff was very helpful and cared about all of the family members and visitors. A family member ( her daughter) flew in and wanted to see her before cremation and they did a great job preparing my sister and mom for viewing. The staff went out of their way to answer all questions before and even days after the ceremony.

The caring and professional staff are absolutley first rate, kind and professional. It's a tough process to navigate and everyone was helpful, especially Bill who went above & beyond to give everything the personal touch when preparing and setting up for the service. The team truly helped our family and me focus on celebrating a life while they handled every element of our requests perfectly down to the smallest details. I left feeling as if the staff were also part of the family.

Mom wanted us to use Rossi because she went to school with the owner, and I am so glad we did. I had another recent loss of a longtime friend, and they used a different funeral home. Here are some of the differences between the two that MAKE all the difference in the world to a grieving family: 1. At Rossi, we were immediately greeted and hugged. At the other, they shook hands. (Not a huge deal, nevertheless, noticeable) 2. When asked about when payment was due to Rossi, after going over expected costs, they told us not to worry about it right now, and that they even offer payment plans to help when that time comes. At the other funeral home, we were promptly told deposit needed to be paid. Now, don't get me wrong. Payment is obviously expected. But when you've just lost your mother 12 hours prior, Rossi showed us that their profit did not take priority over our grief. 3. At Rossi, we were offered a chance to say goodbye one last time, and instead of torturing us with a vision of a col

Incredibly friendly and respectful. My boy was buried for 4 years. Moving houses was a big concern because I didn't want to leave him behind. His sister was laid to rest just this Sunday. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have been able to have my last goodbyes with my baby here. A peaceful calm environment with so many ways to memorialize your pet in a loving way. Not to mention they have a sweet cat named cece who wants all the pets in the world helping ease the hurt your going through. As hard as it was to say goodbye to my Lola Im happy I was able to leave her in the hands of someone who cared and is going to make sure she is taken care of so when I get her back I can have her for the rest of my life. If you need a place to cremate your pet please come here I couldnt recommend another place knowing the price is affordable for anyone and the care from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left was outstanding. With all the pain we had to endure with coming to term that our precious Boo passing. It was refreshing and reassuring that compassionate, caring, thoughtful and loving individuals still exist. Phil and Sarah were amazing they really are heaven sent not only for the service they provided but you can whole heartedly feel that they are in this business to help and support and not for greed. I am so grateful to everyone at Pet Care Crematory for being so kind, respectful, and compassionate to me during my losses over the last six-seven years of my dear cats Buddy, Bear Bear, Kalie, Pretty Girl, and most recently this week, Honey Girl.
