There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have been able to have my last goodbyes with my baby here. A peaceful calm environment with so many ways to memorialize your pet in a loving way. Not to mention they have a sweet cat named cece who wants all the pets in the world helping ease the hurt your going through. As hard as it was to say goodbye to my Lola Im happy I was able to leave her in the hands of someone who cared and is going to make sure she is taken care of so when I get her back I can have her for the rest of my life. If you need a place to cremate your pet please come here I couldnt recommend another place knowing the price is affordable for anyone and the care from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left was outstanding. Thank you so so so much.

With all the pain we had to endure with coming to term that our precious Boo passing. It was refreshing and reassuring that compassionate, caring, thoughtful and loving individuals still exist. Phil and Sarah were amazing they really are heaven sent not only for the service they provided but you can whole heartedly feel that they are in this business to help and support and not for greed. Which is authentic and true. Thank you to the entire team.

I am so grateful to everyone at Pet Care Crematory for being so kind, respectful, and compassionate to me during my losses over the last six-seven years of my dear cats Buddy, Bear Bear, Kalie, Pretty Girl, and most recently this week, Honey Girl. My cats are family to me and their loss hits me very hard. Sarah, Vince and all the staff who have helped me all understand where I am coming from and they've really gone out of their way to make each experience there a positive and healing one. Sarah in particular was so great this week helping me with Honey Girl's loss. I had the words I wanted to use on the container for Honey Girl's remains--and there were many heartfelt words I have for Honey Girl so I knew getting them to fit might be a challenge--but Sarah provided an idea that made it work--tastefully, respectfully, and for Honey Girl's lasting, endearing memory. I am very pleased with how Sarah made the suggestion that she did! This kind of caring has shown in each interaction I have
