This review is long overdue as well. I have been to this funeral home twice. Once in 2015- before I moved out of my hometown and into the Parma area- when my grandmother passed away. I recently came here again when my uncle passed away this last April. The funeral home did a great job with the arrangements and everything went well. I am saddened that my grandmother and uncle are no longer living- but I will always have their memories in my heart and I also I will remember the good job with the arrangements that this funeral home did. I recommend them to anyone who needs a funeral home for their loved ones.

Adam helped us through every step of my sons celebration of life service. This was a very unexpected and difficult time for our entire family and Adam was very informative, caring, patient and professional throughout the entire process. His knowledge was very helpful and precise. He understood our familys needs and accommodated all of them, he even gave us some great ideas. We are very appreciative of everything he explained and helped us with. Adam definitely went over and beyond what was expected. I recommend this funeral home if you want a funeral home that really cares. The area, building and space for the service was nice as well. I have no complaints at all.

Busch funeral home in Parma was wonderful in handling my husband's cremation and private viewing .Bob was very thoughtful and explained everything to us ,he made us feel so comfortable during this extremely sad and stressful time . Aimee at Neptune Society was absolutely wonderful to my family and I at one of the hardest times of my life. She made a difficult and heartbreaking process bearable and held my hand through every step. Times were much different when my Dad passed away in 2020 during covid and I had to handle all the decisions, but she exceeded my expectations of any help I would receive. She is so kind and caring. She is also very informed and advocates for her clients families. Thank you Aimee for showing my mother the utmost respect and comforting me in such a time of sadness.
