Mike was such a caring, considerate person to deal with at such a sensitive time. We really appreciate all his guidance. He went over and beyond his duties. Thank you, Mike.
They were very intuitive to our family needs. Mike and Matt went above and beyond customer experience. My dad was the rock to our family and had the perfect service.
Matt went above and beyond for my family. He was patient and allowed us to take our time while we made difficult decisions. Newcomer has some of the best rates around and was the reason we were able to afford the services while still honoring my dads wishes.

There attention to detail is OUTSTANDING. They were very attentive to my brother every step of the way. They kept me informed of what I needed to do once I arrived to pick him up. If you are from out of town use them because you will not have to worry about your loved one.

Don, Don, Jr and Becky were wonderful to work with. They patiently answered our many, many questions and made our loved one's Celebration of Life a good send off. Thank you so much for being there for our family. The Family of Michael Quatkemeyer
We visited Hillside Chapel the day before Mother's Day and were greeted by a very nice lady who offered to help us find whoever we were looking for. She helped us locate family friends and walked us to where their urn is. She introduced herself to us as Rebecca, and told us she would be happy to answer any of our questions. She was very pleasant. The facility was clean and welcoming.
Extremely helpful and considerate with all arrangements. Went out of their way to finalize our plans. Very polite both on the phone and in person.

I have nothing bad to say at all. When my father passed away I received a call from Wanda wanting to help with the arrangements. She was never pushy for me to come in. Once coming in meeting Wanda my husband and I were never pushed on buying anything. She gave us options and opinions but NEVER pushed anything for us to do. She explained everything so well. Everything was sent to us before approving anything to be final. I was VERY pleased with everything from beginning to end. Even after the service and everything was complete they reached out to me to see how I was doing. I am very grateful and pleased that we had Spring Grove do my father's services. Thank you again for everything that you have done!
Spring Grove Funeral Home in Cincinnati gave our family an experience of care and dignity that I will forever be grateful for. We met with them on the very day my mother passed, and from the moment we walked in, Chelsea made me feel calm, understood, and completely supported during the most overwhelming moment of my life. Every idea I had for honoring my mom, Chelsea listened to and somehow made happen. We wanted memorial cards that were magnets because my mother loved magnetsChelsea made that happen. I envisioned all-white flowers done in a classy, elegant wayChelsea made that happen. My mother loved gardening, and Chelsea thoughtfully came up with the idea of incorporating that into the centerpiecesagain, she made that happen. She didnt just execute details; she understood the spirit of who my mother was and helped bring that to life in the most meaningful way. From that first Friday meeting through Tuesday morning, everything was seamless, organized, and beautifully executed.
Everyone was so helpful and supportive in a very sad and difficult situation.

My father passed away in early April of 2025. He had everything set up with Spring Grove Cemetery. Spring Grove did a fantastic job with our whole experience. They made our time of grief very easy to handle. I cant tell you what a professional job they did from top to bottom. I highly recommend using Spring Grove Cemetery for a loved one. Thanks to Spring Grove Cemetery for doing a heart felt experience.
My dad recently died and had made all the necessary arrangements thru Spring Grove Funeral Homes. By doing this everything ran smoothly. Emily and staff were wonderful, helpful, and very comforting. I highly recommend them. So much so that we will be going to the funeral home soon to make are final arrangements.

I will just say that Molly at Amata Cremation was top notch! She dealt with us in a very, very sudden death of our son absulutely wonderfully. She communicated regularly and timely, was utmost professional and warm when we picked up his remains, and was just super. I have already recommended to my wife and SIL when their parents pass.
At first, we were going through a funeral home to cremate our father, but it felt very expensive. Thats when we reached out to Amata. The Price was much more reasonable, and the support we received from the staff was exceptional. They walked us through every step of the process and insured we felt comfortable along the way. They even reached out a month afterwards to just make sure that everyone was doing OK and to see if theres anything else they could do to support us. I would definitely recommend Amata to others.
Was treated with love and respect. Felt that this place was genuine

Our funeral director Bridget Clark was as sweet as can be. She was very understanding and very informative. The cremation of our aunt Shirley was a smooth process and honestly it was the best decision to go through them. Thank you spring grove for your services.
They were very helpful when they cremated my daughter and polite and knowledgeable!!
Jami was nice the entire time. We were both irritated at the pathetic doctor who wanted to cover his own behind and not sign off on my mother's death certificate. The process took weeks. Long weeks. But she explained everything and kept me informed, sometimes early mornings or late evenings. Thank you so much. I will be back for another Urn.
