Joe Carrier and the team at Rossi Santucci were simply magnificent in handling my father's service, along with being of comfort to my family and me every step of the way. Joe was 'Johnny-on-the-spot' when it came to every last detail, walked us through each step and made sure we were comfortable. There are people who are anointed for the jobs they have, and Joe is certainly one of them. My family and I are grateful beyond words for how they helped honor and remember my father, and Joe's presence helped make the most incredible grief we've ever known just a bit easier to bear.

Rossi and Santucci Funeral Home did an amazing job with the funeral of my mother-in-law. Everything was beautiful, the viewing and services were exceptional. The Funeral Director Chelsey Santucci was caring, loving, organized and took care of everything which allowed the family to not worry about anything. We highly recommend them.

Rossi and Santucci was incredible at handling all my Mother's funeral arrangements. They made the process smooth and thought of everything so we didn't have to. The funeral home is beautiful and updated. Clean and open. Their pricing was the best in town. They were flexible, compassionate and I couldn't have asked for better people to help lay my Mother to rest. At the unfortunate event that I ever lose someone I love and care about again, we will absolutely use Rossi and Santucci.

We unfortunately experienced the death of my grandfather and grandmother five months apart. I no longer reside in the Youngstown, area but Ms. Tamisha made the process so easy. We were able to communicate by email and phone to pick the best plan within our budget.

I took my friend there , when her father , passed away couple of years ago , and they were excellent with her , and taking care of her needs at that time that's so very sad. And were there all the way. Bless there hearts �

At a very difficult time, Higgins Reardon was there for me after the passing of my mom. It was the same compassion and professionalism I experienced 25 years ago! This time I was fortunate enough to work with Emma. She was excellent at reading my state of mind and emotion and we planned the service in exactly the right spirit. She got me everything I had in my mind and in two days. I was not oversold or undersold. She listened with compassion and delivered a service that was 110% what we wanted. She coordinated cemetery arrangements and the perfect floral spray. She attended the final service with an associate and they were the best. Emma is 5 star and Higgins is lucky to have her. Mr Irwin was very kind and helpful during our time of the loss of my mother he even offered to talk to my family and my children to give them a better understanding of the loss he made sure I had everything in order and in a timely manner for her memorial ceremony
