My daughter called in the middle of the night. Responded very quickly and professionaly. We went the next morning and made all the arrangements. I was worried about his hair and beard needing a trim, they assured me they would take care of it. They did a great job on his hair and beard. he looked great! The people were very professional took care of death certificates and other notifications. Did a great slide show and I recieved a nice flash drive. Arranged flowers and gifts as soon as they arrived. I and my family was coping with the loss of our loved one, some of the most support comes from the funeral home. I was always addressed by my name and alot of support came from the professional staff at the darkest moments of my life. I'm going to make my arrangements soon I don't want my kids to have to do this again.

My family has used Newcomer three times in the past 3 years and they've been so very professional, helpful and caring in every way. I highly recommend the Newcomer Family and their services.
