The staff was very professional, and they saw to it that I was pleased with everything. The funeral director, who was in charge of my loved one, made it a point to answer all my questions and concerns, and if he couldn't, he made sure he got back to me.

I have now had to get three older cats cremated here and each time they treat my loss as one of their own. Wayne there has been amazing and so sweet each time. They make any loss easier to handle. Thank you
First let me say I don't know if this is weird reviewing a funeral home, but I recently had a beloved cat pass away and the staff there was so incredibly empathetic and professional. They were so gentle handling my kitty's remains. I will never forget my experience there. It took about a week to get the cremated remains back. So if this is how they treat a cat, I would trust them with my loved ones as well. Thank you so much for making this process a little bit easier.

We worked with this funeral home for two of my grandparents. They were considerate, caring and helpful in guiding us through each step of the process. The staff was very kind. We needed assistance with transporting ashes out of the country for burial, and they were able to help sort this out as well. Highly recommend.
Our family cannot thank Kate Maher and the entire team at Henderson - Van Atta - Stickle enough for the care and compassion they showed us during the cremation process for our mother. From the moment we walked through the doors, Kate made us feel supported and comforted during an incredibly emotional time. Kate was patient, understanding, and attentive to every detail. She walked us through the entire process with professionalism and genuine kindness, making sure all of our questions were answered and our wishes were honored. Her empathy and thoughtful approach helped ease our burden, and we truly felt like she cared about our family as much as we did. The facility itself was peaceful and welcoming, and every interaction we had with the staff reflected the same high standard of care that Kate provided. Its rare to meet someone who can bring both warmth and professionalism to such a delicate situation, but Kate did just that. If youre looking for a funeral home that will treat your
I really couldnt have asked for a better experience. I know that nothing is perfect but my wife and I had what I would consider a perfect experience. Thank you!
