They were extremely friendly. They were also very prompt when it came to getting my grandmother from the hospital to their building. I had my grandmother cremated here and they say down and went through all the pricing and how they would do things. Werent pushy and reasonable pricing. I also got an ornament with the picture I sent in for the obituary. Didn't expect it and had me in tears y Very lovely place. They were also very compassionate and gave me time to see my grandma after talking about options. (Didn't expect either)
