Our family is extremely grateful for the kindness shown to our family as we dealt with our mother, grandmother, and great grandmothers passing and our desire to handle with class and grace. The entire staff at Cavin-Cook went above and beyond to ensure that our loved one was shown respect and dignity even in her passing. For this, we are forever grateful.
Cavin-Cook Funeral Home truly cares about the community they serve. I helped to care for a widow and they graciously supported me in that effort. Jeff was very kind, supportive and authentic and I greatly appreciate that. If you are looking for a funeral home to help care for your loved ones I highly recommend Cavin-Cook in Mooresville.
Dayne Marsh and staff at Cavin-Cook were extremely pleasant and very helpful with arrangements with our deceased loved one. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they are compassionate and very understanding of your feelings during a difficult time

My father has been laid to rest here since 1995, and I'm so happy my mother chose this cemetery. They keep the lawn cut and also help keep dirt and trash off his headstone. We've brought things to sit in his headstone and they've never been messed with. I'd like the the groundskeeper comes and takes flowers out of the flower holders so quickly.
My so came here from Virginia. It was such a smooth transition and the staff here treat him so well. So glad we got him closer to family again.
Thanks a lot Thanks

I lost the love of my life Ella, 5 days ago while I was holding her at 15 years old. I called around and pet pilgrimage was the only one who answered their 24/7 phone. They were at my house within an hour (I live pretty far from them) in their van. I loved that they came to pick her up as I was in no condition to drive. They also gave me a bag with her hair clippings (which they we're thoughtful enough to get both her black and white hair! I didnt even think to do that) the way they packaged it there is no mistaking that was her hair. They also gave me a paw print. I ordered my own urn so i didnt get one through them but when I picked her up she was in a nice little magnetic box with a place for a photo. I hope to never have to use them again but as I am a dog owner I know I will and I know I can trust them with my baby.
They were fantastic. Very caring, thoughtful and made follow up calls and treated our baby with love and respect. Highly recommend if you unfortunately need their services.
They made a very difficult time easier for us and we are appreciative. Everyone was very nice and supportive.
