My Mother passed March 30. We used Whitleys due to great service when dad passed. Again they were supremely compassionate and helpful. Since then, Ive worked with DALE McCOLLUM on prearranging and payment for all my final expenses. Dale was very helpful, compassionate and Professional in every way. Long before I needed the services of Lady's Funeral Home, I had decided they would be the place that we would us when the time came. Why? because any funeral I had attended there was done in the most caring and beautiful way possible. So on that day in December when I stepped thru their doors I was greeted and speaking with Mike Reavis within moments. His kindness and attention to detail immediately gave me comfort, He took basic details and later when I returned with our family we put together the details of time and place. Lady's began the difficult process of dealing with the military and its precise process and paperwork if your veteran is going to due him at burial. Any questions or problems are quickly resolved. We really would like to take a moment to express gratitude for Mr Brown on the we he helped with the funeral of Mama; Bertha Jones. He was very attentive, kept his line of communication open & always a phone call away. Mr Brown was very knowledgeable in EVERYTHING; from the way he did her hair, makeup and her general appearance. Our family felt treated with respect throughout the entire process, and their support made a very difficult time a little easier. Mr. Brown was patient, kind, and attentive, taking time to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the arrangements. The facility was clean and calm, creating a comforting atmosphere for family and friends. My mothers appearance was handled with dignity and care.
