He was very attentive, kept his line of communication open & always a phone call away. Mr Brown was very knowledgeable in EVERYTHING; from the way he did her hair, makeup and her general appearance. Mr. Brown was patient, kind, and attentive, taking time to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the arrangements. The facility was clean and calm, creating a comforting atmosphere for family and friends. My mothers appearance was handled with dignity and care. Our family is grateful for the compassion shown to us and to my mother, and we appreciate the effort they made to honor her life in a thoughtful way.
