My Mom past away this past December. When I made a call to Omega in the early hours of of December 20th my call was answered immediately and arrangements were made to pick her up within the hour. The gentlemen who arrived were dressed in suits and ties and responded to me with empathy. They treated my Mom's remains with respect and care. They allowed us a few minutes to say out good byes before they gently prepared her for travel. Everything after that was handled with care and patience as well as impeccable professionalism.

Lowe Funeral Home took care of both of my parents when they passed away and it was the most seamless process during a difficult time. Chris Rhodes was nothing but responsive, kind and helpful with our family. My loved one had arranged with Rich & Thompson 20 years ago, and since her life had changed so drastically, we moved her from Burlington. Still within an acceptable radius, I spoke with Chris when she was still alive, but we knew the time was near. He was thorough in his explanation of services and what the processes were. When she passed mere hours after speaking with him, he took full responsibility for her and contacted me with every update. He was never too busy to take my call, or arrange a time to call me back. Chris made our experience non stressful, and we will always be grateful for his kindness and attentiveness to us.

I had a very positive experience with the team at Rich & Thompson. They treated me with kindness and compassion and guided me through everything during a difficult time.

Mom was almost 96 and over a year of declining and deteriorating health she passed. Rich and Thompson's staff took the kindest most professional care of mom and our family through the funeral process. I was anxious for the grand kids and great grandkids to see their grandma in her casket, but with our everlasting gratitude, she looked like the sweet and loving grandma they had and would always remember. They just did a remarkable job and made us feel "at home" from the visitation to the burial. Alamance Funeral Service is awesome. They had my mom's and my son's body. They done an excellent job on both of them. I have worked there before and I got along with all my coworkers there. Renee, Ron,Terry,Paul, and the other coworkers that was there when I was. My preneed is with them. You can't go wrong with this funeral service and now they have their own crematory.

I entrusted Alamance Memorial Park with my husband and most recently my mother. Rudy and the entire staff took the most care with my family with dignity and respect. They are most definitely the best to work with.

Taylor Jordan was very accommodating. She spent a lot of time with me going over my pre-paid cemetery arrangements from fifty years ago! It had been a long time, and I needed a refresher course. She also helped me go over some choices for my brother.

Mr. Wheeler, I would like to say thank you for taking the time out to answer many questions I had pertaining to burial services, upon the conclusion of the conversation I had better knowledge on what I was seeking answers to within the process of burial. I hope the need does not arise anytime soon but if it does, I recommend this establishment. Mr. Wheeler took time out of his day to answer my questions that did not have anything to do with his establishment which let me know he truly cares and is very reasonable.
