They handled my son's remains so respectfully. When the post office lost my son's remains, they went above and beyond to help find him. They were kind and compassionate during a very difficult time for me. I cannot find the words to express how wonderful they are except amazing.
A good staff. Of people. They know how to treat the public
My husband past away the day after I buried my son. So funds were slim. Larry and Ashley were absolutely wonderful. My husband is a Navy Veteren, the Patriot Gaurd escorted us to Jefferson Barricks, The service was at Daystar Church. Ashley and Larry thought of every detail it was worth alot more than what they charge. Very professional and respectful. Thank you guys for my husband's funeral.

Shen and his time was a blessing to my family. I pray that god continues to bless them
This past weekend, we just laid my uncle to rest& The attention to the details in laying him to rest was OUTSTANDING. The care and love that was poured into my mother and family at the time is unmatched. The calls/emails that was made to make sure everything was correct and the way we wanted was unbelievable. You can tell they love what they do even though it is difficult times for families. They really do CARE!!!
4/2025, recently I was introduced to Metro East Mortuary. My mother passed this February and Metroeast conducted her Memorial Service this April (our choice). My review is 5 stars because my family and I were very pleased with the setup of the Memorial Service. Mr. Shen Williams, the owner always made himself available to us. His representative Shanika was awesome. She was on time, she set up our keep-sake blankets, and she set up flowers . Her demeanor was friendly and pleasant. One "signature" thing that Mr. Williams does, is pictures on the guest book, so while the guests/family are signing their names they are looking also at pictures of the family. I had never seen this before with a guest book. Thank you Metroeast Mortuary for making this Memorial of my Mother a great event and memory. I will tell my family and friends about you.

In the midst of our darkest moment, we were met by a very polite and respectful couple of gentlemen who came to retrieve my late father's body. They allowed us all the time we could want our need for final goodbyes and allowed us to follow them to their van. The compassion was much appreciated. Further, we were kept informed as to his cremation schedule and such. We were able to pick up his cremains literally within the week. AGAIN, much appreciated. The entire process was everything you want it to be when you're grieving: quick and painless. THANK YOU.
They were great. All questions answered Understood changes very courtesy
