Our Hospice service recommended Columbia Cremation Care Center and I am so happy with their services. They took my mother into their care and the two gentlemen who picked her up were very polite and respectful. Every part of the process was well managed. I strongly recommend them. Thank you Tyler.
Columbia Cremation was excellent from start to finish. Tyler was responsive, sensitive, handled every detail, provided clear explanations and direction and made this terribly sad task smooth and almost effortless on my part. I was very satisfied with them and highly recommend.
Very good experience. Tyler was very professional and courteous. He handled the arrangements with the respect and sensitivity required in helping me through the process. Well done. I highly recommend.

I have used Heartland Creation multiple times and they never disappoint. Joe, Rachel and Hannah always go above and beyond. They do more than just provide a service in time of need. They listen and are truly compassionate for every family's situation. They, in a way, become part of your family! It is comforting knowing Heartland Creation is always available when I need them!
I would recommend Heartland to anyone that wants to be cremated. The staff are very caring. They answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend them.

I presented Jordawn and the staff with a compassionate but complicated end of life situation. We needed their services for a friend who had passed but had lost touch with their family. They guided us through the process and legal requirements for someone who had passed with no next of kin. Three days before the legally required waiting period ended a family member was located. Our friends family rallied and the funeral director pivoted to a new plan to assist the family in making arrangements that aligned with the cultural and religious practices requested. Our friend was ultimately welcomed home by his family and laid to rest in Cameroon Africa. The Nilson Millard staffs availability, compassion, knowledge and guidance through a sensitive and complicated process was very much appreciated.
Everyone was very helpful and kind. Reid Millard went above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of. I highly recommend them.
Jordawn took care of us from the very beginning of the process and handled everything for us when my dad passed away. We brought in a lot of personal items to display and she treated everything with respect and did such a good job with placement. I was worried about his hair and it not looking like my dad. I was worried about a lot of things and Jordawn was wonderful. She was very friendly and easy going.

The people at Memorial Funeral Home are friendly and genuinely helpfulespecially Clay. He helped me find a way to store my mother-in-laws ashes, carefully walked me through the contract and online requirements, answered all of my questions with grace, and completed everything on his end quickly. There were many special, caring moments, but what stood out most was that everyone truly tried to make sure our needs were met during a very difficult time. They made a sad situation easier.
SUPER compassionate staff, open communication on all levels with sincerest words of sympathy and very detailed in all the planning levels and information. Mattie and Clay were exceptional on so many levels.

Update below is my original review, after posting this the owner reached out to me, not to blow smoke, but to actually apologize, and agreed that my service is not how he wants things done. It was a frank honest discussion and greatly appreciated. I have decided to change the review on my own it was never asked to do it My aunt died in November, today we final got the glass urn and other small items. It should not take almost 3 months to get anything from a funeral home. Use to be a great place when it was parker
On behalf of our family (The Paiges) we were very grateful for Jordawn. She was amazing! From all the paperwork, to the questions, to the final touches. The team did an amazing job on our mother. The staff at the services were very helpful and so professional. I would recommend to the next family! We appreciate the work you do and are very blessed and grateful for each one of you!
Jessica Koenig was extremely helpful and went the extra mile during this difficult period.

My brother was buried at Green Acres cemetery. Tommy, who handles the mortician side of things, is a standup guy. The ceremony was beautiful.
So after being a minister/missionary for 16 years I've seen my share of death and unplanned funerals where families spend often times a small fortune on burials. When a close family friend died Bill and Chuck where able to give us a super economical and beautiful funeral with there associates at HT May and sons funeral homes. They helped us after hours and were able to help navigate the unexpectedness of the death. Good group of people who gave a dignified burial at a superb price. I can't thank them enough for there help would recommend to anyone.
