We worked with Jessica and from the time we arrived to make arrangements for my father with my mom and sister to the gravesite service. Everything and everyone we encountered was definitely five stars! We had the best experience even though we had lost a loved one. Jessica was wonderful helping my mother with all the things she would need help with such as notifying social security, life insurance, VA, death certificates, etc. We all highly rate and appreciate Houser-Millard Funeral Home and would recommend to others. After my family had experienced a very lackluster and unprofessional service from a different cremation provider years ago, we knew we didnt want to go through that again and set out to find somebody else to handle our pets cremation. We found Wades and we are glad we did. We lost our Charger on Sunday evening and was able to get him dropped off and back home in a matter of days. The entire process was handled incredibly professionally and with tremendous compassion. Got my Tommy back today. Can't thank them enough. The clay prints and nose ink prints came out beautiful. Jared came all the way out to pick him up too. Definitely recommend! Losing a loving pet is so hard but made easier with people who care and understand.
