Midwest cremation and funeral services are really good people they care for the people they been in trusted with and the families of the people they been trusted with. They done my moms funeral in 2018 and they did a excellent job.

My brother passed away suddenly in Springfield. None of my family has ever been to this city and we knew nothing of the area. I chose this business after a long search as to what I could afford. Midwest was amazing. They handled everything and took away all the complications of having a loved one pass so far away from home. They helped me through one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

My husbands grandfather had his service here. It was clean, spacious, and the staff available for our every need. 2 staff members exceeded our expectations- making a painful sad situation bearable. April Roberts assisted us at white chapel and Nick Helm was our director. We had made a plan that had to be completely revised last minute and they made the entire process with the best possible outcome. It was one of the most painful days my husband and I had experienced, and Cherished Pets helped us when we had no idea what to do. The kindness shown to us, and our beloved Figaro, was just lovely. We will forever be grateful for the services that were provided.

I brought my sweet little girl Ellie back home today from the Cherished Pets Funeral Home and Cremation. Her Urn turned out so beautiful and perfect with her picture of her that looks exactly like my Ella. Debbie and Michael made her final journey a bit more tolerable with their kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and professionalism when I brought my Ella in last Friday. I was extremely upset and emotional but Debbie made my wife Debbie and I very comfortable discussing the very uncomfortable details and made us feel like family. Some very close friends of mine had an accident on a four wheeler that put both of them in the ICU and unfortunately their small dog, who loved riding along with them, did not survive the wreck. It was my immediate family that found their pet shortly after our friends were taken to the hospital by ambulance, leaving me clueless on how to properly and respectfully handle laying a pet to rest that was not mine, and unable to ask my friends what they would want. We decided that cremation would be the best thing to do, so my girlfriend found Cherished Pets Funeral Home and I can not express enough how comforting and supportive they are. After lots of hesitation, I was immediately at peace, and confident with the decision we made. Our family is so happy with the kind, loving and thoughtful service Ryan at Eden Cremation gave us. He answered questions, was always patient and warm and met all our needs. Ryan showed up at our rural house on Table Rock Lake and showed such respect and professionalism. Our family gives Eden Cremation our highest recommendation! Blessings on all.

I recommend Greenlawn funeral home North My mother went to them to do my father's funeral. They spent a lot of time with us making the arrangements for my father. They took a lot of time with us to make sure that everything was the way that mom wanted. My dad would wanted it to be. Stormy took a picture out of all the pictures we took for the video. She took one of my mom and dad laughing and framed it without even asking. When we came to the viewing it was right next to my dad's casket and we said how'd this happen. She said she took the picture out and had a framed cuz she said it was a great picture of the two of them and it was. My father was in the Navy from 63 to '67 and we wanted that to be honored cuz my dad respects all branches of defense. They came to us after the viewing and said that my dad was loved and he was by so many people. Under his casket I looked at it and I was like what is that. Somebody put a sign that says heart my dad. The caring, the attention to detail, the empathy... Greenlawn and its wonderful staff helped to not only guide my family and I through a very difficult time, but did it at a level that is beyond compare. They found a way to honor our loved one far better than I could have ever thought possible. They were AMAZING.

I was in need of services in January of last year, Susan specifically but all of the greenlawn staff were very helpful in that time of need for our family everything was handled from within the company my only needed participation was to notify the hospital that Greenlawn would be helping with final arrangements and sign the necessary paperwork. My experience was as good as can be expected in those times and I will be using them in the future for myself

I recently called and spoke with April Roberts. Wow, she was exactly what I needed in that moment!! I have never been so impressed with someones customer service. I have loved ones at East Lawn & Rivermonte and April helped me find them! She got me in touch with Jeff and they both had some really great information. Soon were going to be interested in securing our after life plans everything that entails, and I will ONLY speak with April, shes the only person I want to deal with after I or my mother pass. She is truly a blessing.

My husbands last wish was to be cremated. I called a couple of places about Southwest Cremation. The comments were nice. I filled out the form online and they called. They were really nice and helpful. Thank you for making it as painless as possible at the time. They have checked up on me and was happy that I had great support.

Springfield Mortuary Services made a very difficult day so much easier on our family. It only took a quick call and they pick my fathers remains up from the hospital, dressed him and make him looks so at peace. Thankful for the last views of my father to be such peaceful ones thanks to their hard work. Prices were very affordable. They also filled my urns for me after the fact and answered every question I had. I hope to not need them anytime soon but if I do I will be returning here.
