Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte

My husbands grandfather had his service here. It was clean, spacious, and the staff available for our every need. Kudos to longtime family friend April Roberts who took the time to care for my family even if this wasnt her assigned family. She was available after hours and came to console our children, we value her friendship and respect for our family.

I wanted to thank the staff at Rivermonte for being so kind and easy to work with. The time April took to design memorial was over and beyond I am so very happy with the way it turned out. This is the second time I have worked with the staff at Rivermonte and would choose them again and again

2 staff members exceeded our expectations- making a painful sad situation bearable. April Roberts assisted us at white chapel and Nick Helm was our director. We had made a plan that had to be completely revised last minute and they made the entire process with the best possible outcome. Some family situations are difficult and they treated us with respect and were professionals all the way - we are going to specifically request they both be involved with the planning of our future family plot -they both went above and beyond and we truly appreciate their dedication to making families feel at peace with saying goodbye - thank you so much Nick Helm and April Roberts - true angels when we needed them most .
