Corinne Leary was great to work with. During this tough time with the loss of my mother, Patricia, she took the time to explain the whole process from beginning to end and was very patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned. As part of the aftercare service, Kathy, the estate specialist was helpful with explaining what needed to be done to finalize my mothers affairs and answering questions that I had.
We are so grateful to the Keohane Funeral Home for their help in coordinating our mother's (Lorna Lucas) funeral. Your professionalism and kindness provided great comfort to our family during this difficult time. Thank you, Sandra Dignan
Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy. The pain that comes with grief can be crippling. Planning a funeral is one of the most difficult times in life. McDonald Keohane most recently helped us plan our mom's funeral. We felt supported by their whole team. John Comer was our contact and he embraced us like family; everyone came to our support and made the process so much easier. We are grateful for their continued support as we have had to reach out following the funeral. We highly recommend their team of professionals!

Great service in all aspects of my wife's funeral arrangements by John Congdon, Funeral Director. He assisted me and my family in every step of the process, at such a difficult time. Also appeciated my access to Aftercare Services and working with Kathy Mills on closing out various accounts, and answering my questions after the passing of a loved one. This service fully paid for by Keohane Funeral Home.
Great experience. We felt very supported throughout the whole overwhelming process. The team from intake to the day of the wake were there to help. Corrine did a great job ushering us along and respecting the timeline needed to get everything done. I think they should mention their after care service more - was unaware till Lori stepped in and really helped iron out many different loose ends and provide resources that have been invaluable. thank you!
Dennis and his colleagues were Amazing. Very thoughtful, caring, and professional to me and my family. They all made our experience, a Beautiful one for our mom. The Kelly Family And the North Weymouth facility is absolutely Beautiful.

Our moms services through Neptune were completely smooth, taking pressure off the family during a very difficult time. Everything was organized, making it easy for us to navigate. They were very responsive and informative, and very caring through the entire process.
I wasn't there when Neptune came to get my husband, so I can't comment on their treatment of him, but the subsequent handling went very well. Everything was clear, handled in a timely matter and the staff was respectful and compassionate. We were happy with the options we chose and with the price. When my time comes, I too will be taken care of by Neptune
The staff were very professional, extremely nice and caring. Under difficult circumstances, their kindness eased our family's sorrow.
