Corinne Leary was great to work with. During this tough time with the loss of my mother, Patricia, she took the time to explain the whole process from beginning to end and was very patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned. As part of the aftercare service, Kathy, the estate specialist was helpful with explaining what needed to be done to finalize my mothers affairs and answering questions that I had.

Great experience. We felt very supported throughout the whole overwhelming process. The team from intake to the day of the wake were there to help. Corrine did a great job ushering us along and respecting the timeline needed to get everything done. I think they should mention their after care service more - was unaware till Lori stepped in and really helped iron out many different loose ends and provide resources that have been invaluable. thank you!

Our moms services through Neptune were completely smooth, taking pressure off the family during a very difficult time. Everything was organized, making it easy for us to navigate. They were very responsive and informative, and very caring through the entire process.

I wasn't there when Neptune came to get my husband, so I can't comment on their treatment of him, but the subsequent handling went very well. Everything was clear, handled in a timely matter and the staff was respectful and compassionate. We were happy with the options we chose and with the price. When my time comes, I too will be taken care of by Neptune
