Although we knew of the inevitable after two years in Memory Care at Brandywine Summit; it was still the most emotional experience ever and the staff at Bradley, led by Chris, spent the time and made the effort to make the process easier and more comfortable. It's not easy when you are dealing with a large family, each with their own thoughts and requests. The graveside funeral and burial were handled perfectly. The organization was flawless. (The funeral/burial was prepaid some years ago; that process was handled seamlessly and extremely well; we were always informed.) I have to admit my son made all the arrangements for Pickup and services which went off without a hitch. When I received call for pickup it was as painless as possible. Since this was unexpected passing , I was relieved that pickup was that easy. Awesome job all around!!

We met with Emily in East Longmeadow to go over arrangements and she is wonderful. She carefully goes over the process with you step by step, doesn't rush you, takes time to answer questions. She is very professional, warm and compassionate. She made a difficult time feel much easier to deal with.

Hello, my name is Stephen, and my dad recently passed away on October 23, and it was a very hard time losing him and grieving his passing. Paulette, Steve, and everyone at Henderson's Funeral Home took such good care of my dad. He served in the Marine Corps as a Corporal for four years during Vietnam, and they honored him beautifully. They prepared him so well and made him look so peaceful in the casket, dressed in his Marine uniform, that for a moment I almost couldn't recognize him. Their work showed real care and respect. I wrote his official obituary for Legacy.com, and on the day of his Celebration of Life, I delivered a shortened version of my original eulogy. Ms. Paulette and her entire team are an elite group. In 2009 during the worst tragedy of my life she took care of my family with laying my infant daughter to rest. Well today we held a memorial service for my father in law. I communicated directly with Ms. Paulette over the phone as we live out of state. She was empathetic and considerate. She handled us with such care and took care of details I didnt even think of. This business has been in the community for coming up on 75 years and I can see why. If you dont know where to start or if you know exactly what you want this team will take care of you and your loved ones. The facility is beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. We went to Puerta Del Cielo for the unexpected death of my sister Violeta Alvarado and the process went smoothly. Then we were there again in less than a month for the death of my father William Alvarado and the service went above and beyond. The funeral service for my father was beautiful.
