Went to a wake and a funeral for my friends mom at their South Main Street location, the staff was very friendly and they did an A+ job with my friends mom, keep up the great service and professional as well. Top notch service!!!

On behalf of my family, I would like to thank the Oliveira Funeral Home team, specifically Jonathan, for coordinating the funeral of our mother Maria C. Almas this past September. Jonathan did an outstanding job, from the first call, the arrangements, the layout, the wake, getting the open flower car, vehicles and keeping in touch with our family from the days prior to Mom's passing. We were so grateful and blessed to have them on our side to guide us with the arrangements and for their professionalism when picking up our mother at home. Our family and friends particularly, still talk about how smoothly everything went thanks to Jonathan, my mother looked like she was sleeping in her beautiful 48 oz. Solid Bronze casket. Their South Main Street location was comfortable for the funeral and a beautiful layout with the gorgeous flowers and the decor. During a difficult time the Oliveira family made it as easy as possible. The compassion , empathy, and professionalism they put forth is beyond words. Sadly we will all deal with the passing of a loved one and when that happens I can't think of a better family to help your family thru the most difficult time.

My husband passed away on February 12th. After 49 years of marriage, they are very compassionate people and professional with their service. They made everything comforting for me and my family and couldn't do enough to help us make difficult decisions. I've been going to auclairs for over 60 years with deaths in my family. I definitely wanted to go back there because I knew how they treated the family with respect and compassion. I can't put into words the thanks and peace I feel and my husband looked so natural, better than he has in over 5 years of his illness. Amen �O

Auclairs is the only funeral home we go to for our loved ones who have passed on. They are professional and compassionate. If I could, I would rate them higher than 5 stars.

Amanda and the entire staff took excellent care of us. Our family copes through humor and Amanda was able to meet us at that level while always showing care for our grief and respect for our loved one. We were able to customize elements such as music easily. They were very responsive and flexible about things like dropping off items for the service. The service went very well and was a fitting tribute.

Hathaway has been taking care of these difficult moments for my family for quite some time. We always know they can be counted on for support along with taking care of everything in a manner that makes things much easier on our loved ones

Before anything, I want to THANK from the bottom of my heart, Director Tom Lewis James for ALL the Effort, Caring, and Professionalism he offered from the beginning until the very end of the total service. He and the service were "over the top"! Regretfully my husband died in Cape Coral, Florida during the devastating hurricane Milton. It was my husband's wish to be buried next to his mother, father and brother in Fall River. Given the untimely death and extreme hurricane issues, Tom came through as my family and I never expected...EXCELLENT...!! Given the difficulty of weather and lack of air transportation etc etc, Tom was able to reassure and succeed in overcoming every obstacle encountered and there were many! During the funeral services, church service and burial, Tom made sure EVERY detail was addressed and completed. He always went above and beyond. Again, this was an extreme and highly unusual funeral service situation and handled most completely and professionally. WELL

The staff at Waring Sullivan was respectful, kind, and immensely helpful when I was making arrangements for my mother's memorial.
