Before anything, I want to THANK from the bottom of my heart, Director Tom Lewis James for ALL the Effort, Caring, and Professionalism he offered from the beginning until the very end of the total service. He and the service were "over the top"! Regretfully my husband died in Cape Coral, Florida during the devastating hurricane Milton. It was my husband's wish to be buried next to his mother, father and brother in Fall River. Given the untimely death and extreme hurricane issues, Tom came through as my family and I never expected...EXCELLENT...!! Given the difficulty of weather and lack of air transportation etc etc, Tom was able to reassure and succeed in overcoming every obstacle encountered and there were many! During the funeral services, church service and burial, Tom made sure EVERY detail was addressed and completed. He always went above and beyond. Again, this was an extreme and highly unusual funeral service situation and handled most completely and professionally. WELL

I would recommend Southcoast to anyone in search of a good funeral home to lay their loved ones to rest! Everyone there is so kind. Tom was so helpful, compassionate & easy to work with. Making sure every detail of what I asked for was done beautifully & during a time so hard, him helping make things easy is something I wont forget!
