They were attentive, helpful, kind, responsive, caring, professional, compassionate, and calming as well as informative about the entire process. The graveside funeral and burial were handled perfectly. The organization was flawless. (The funeral/burial was prepaid some years ago; that process was handled seamlessly and extremely well; we were always informed.)
