I cannot say enough about the care and compassion shown by Forastiere Family Funeral Home. I was in London when my grandmother passed, and they helped me immediately, easing an incredibly stressful and emotional situation. My grandmother was cremated at their facility, and they handled every detail with professionalism and kindness. They took care of all the necessary documents so I didnt have to worry about logistics while grieving. What truly sets them apart is how they go above and beyondweeks later, they even checked in on me to offer continued support and services. Their thoughtfulness, empathy, and dedication made a very difficult time more manageable. I am deeply grateful for everything they did.

We met with Emily in East Longmeadow to go over arrangements and she is wonderful. She carefully goes over the process with you step by step, doesn't rush you, takes time to answer questions. She is very professional, warm and compassionate. She made a difficult time feel much easier to deal with.

I highly recommend this funeral home. They helped me navigate everything I needed to do. Very compassionate. Cant say enough good things about them.
