During this tough time with the loss of my mother, Patricia, she took the time to explain the whole process from beginning to end and was very patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned. As part of the aftercare service, Kathy, the estate specialist was helpful with explaining what needed to be done to finalize my mothers affairs and answering questions that I had.
