amazing. made us feel at home and everyone is very respectful
The staff are very considerate, caring, and helpful with every step of the process.
We just cannot say enough about Kristen LaBlanc (General Manager) at Louisiana Funeral Services & Crematory. She cared about our loved one and is supportive to the entire family. She really listened to us as we talked about our loved one; this was so obvious when she helped with the obituary. She took what we started and made it beautiful, expanded our stories and thoughts in a way that was clear she listened and cared. She is thorough and supportive in every step of the process; often times going out of her way to be helpful in ways you didnt realize you needed. We are thankful she was there to help and care at a very difficult time for our family. We pray the LORD continues to work through her to bless other families.

I wanted to thank you again it was march 19th 2025 you helped my family. My mother had passed away a the funeral home tried to overcharge a break contract with you Im so grateful you came way to Baton Rouge la and picked her up for us and cremated her . You were so professional humble and kind I recommend everyone to go to Mr.Kent Colligan . When people ask me about my grieving process I always mention how he made sure I had little to do and made it easier on us I know it was his job but looking back he really did above and beyond for me driving hours away to get her for me and working with me so last minute when I called that day he got her the next so thank you for everything its been almost a year an Im so thankful. I highly recommend reaching out to his business I only found him because I google him and let me say it was really a blessing to find him.
