I could not have asked for any better care for my little fur baby Yorkie, Franklin. I talk with Lorenzo the owner of the company and I was very comforted knowing my boy was cremated alone. I would recommend this pet cremator to my family or friends. Thank you Lorenzo and your family for taking such good care of my fur baby. When I got his ashes back, he was in a nice little arm with his name on it and that even cut some fur from his head and put in a vile for me. That meant so much to me. Even made a Pawprint for me. So thank you so much for everything that yall did for me and my little boy.

They did an excellent job and were very supportive and understanding of my desire to have her back ASAP. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about the entire company and staff. Thank you for taking the amazing time and compassion to help people in an extremely emotional time. Loranzo you guys were amazing.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the compassion and care Lorenzo Bennett at Four Paws provided during one of the hardest moments of my life. He took care of my sweet Yorkie within just three days of her passing and personally promised she would be home before Thanksgivingso our baby could be with us for the holiday. When her memorial arrived, I was overwhelmed with emotion. The beautiful box engraved with her name, her precious paw print preserved on a clay plate, and a small bottle holding her lock of hair were all done with such respect, detail, and love. Lorenzo went above and beyond to make a heartbreaking experience a little more comforting. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication mean more than words can say. I am truly grateful for everything he did for our family.

Wendell and Jeff Raybon have continued the tradition of their father. These guys are awesome. We had our family dog buried at Pet Memorial Gardens in 1988. I came to the cemetery in 2024 to find our dog's grave. Wendell and his brother were very patient with me and could not have been nicer in helping me find where our beloved dog was buried. Thirty-six years later and these guys are still providing excellent customer service. Losing a beloved pet is horrible, but if you would like a peaceful resting place for your pet and wonderful people to help you through the process these are the guys to see.
