Thank you to Travis and the rest of the staff for your assistance in navigating family dynamics following the sudden death of my father. My family would prefer that my father be buried soon despite the damage to the community from Hurricane Ida, but we understand that his spouse is in charge of making that decision. It is not a decision we approve of but have been able to accept that we are powerless over that timeline. We look forward to continuing to work with you to put him to rest peacefully which is what he expressed to us prior to his death. His widow has made the grieving process difficult as she had her family front and center as opposed to his family. At no time did she ever ask my family (particularly the family member that paid for his services) to sit in the front. It was all about her and her toxic family.

If all funeral homes had the compassionate, friendly & professional staff like the Samart Funeral Home does, death would be a tad less dreadful of a subject to embrace. The employees (Sarah, Mr. Jr. & Lane) I interacted with were exemplary! Sincere gratitude for taking care of my dad & our family.
