The Evans and Golden family are very over enjoy the service that was provided. Mr. Clarence and Mr Torrance from the beginning have been amazing. I was shocked ', because I didn't know they we're twins. The professional ethics, the communication, from the beginning to the end, was inspiring that I knew , I had made the right choice. To say that my family and I were well taken care of by Juselle and her team is an understatement to say the least. As it was my first time having someone close to me pass on, I was scared and didnt know what to expect. Despite this, Juselle made me (and my family) feel not only comfortable but well-informed and cared for throughout the process. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of their services, you wont be disappointed.

It is never easy dealing with the loss of a loved one, especially trying to work through the details as you are greiving and mourning such a painful loss. This was a great experience to have worked with Anthony Zanders. He took care of everything and kept me updated on this process. He was always available to take my calls, and if he was busy he would always call me back. Unfortunately I had two family pass away within four weeks of each other and again Anthony was AMAZING!! Thank you all so much for the care and kindness that was extended to our family.

All our needs were met with understanding and kindness. Everything was explained and other options were given to meet our needs and financial. Our family has used this location for all our family needs and we have always been treated with sympathy for our loss. Hannah was a wonderful help, explaining everything and keeping us in our budget. I was visiting from Los Angeles when my mothers husband passed the day I arrived. I had no clue what to do for my mother so I called my grandmothers Rabbi and he directed me to Rabbi Lions. I told Rabbi Lions my mothers situation and with no hesitation he told me to call Jack with Neshama to set up, what turned out to be a traditional beautiful Jewish burial and that it would be an honor to give my mom and her husband this Mitzvah! These exceptionally kind people helped me with both my grandmothers funeral and my fathers funeral. They took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process and made sure that the funeral would be 100% kosher and by the book. My family and I truly cannot thank them and their wonderful staff enough.

Neshama was there when we needed them. My mother passed it became apparent that her prepaid plans were inappropriate. Without a question , in the middle of the night, Neshama stepped in and brought us comfort.

We receive excellent service, Mclemore did a wonderful job on my mother-in-law.. Looks as if she was resting peacefully and happy , she looked natural.. If you need a piece of mine going through your grieving time, I advise you to choose this funeral service and leave it app to them and they will not steer you wrong and I'm pretty sure you would advise this to someone else who's going through the same thing.

I genuinely cant thank this company enough for how respectfully and sincerely this entire process was handled. We sadly lost our sweet kitty very suddenly and traumatically. Safe passage was able to pick up his body at 9pm on a dark, cold and rainy night. The driver stayed for a couple minutes to chat and share some grief with us, there was absolutely no sign of him rushing or being bothered by our obviously strong emotions. The empathy was clearly genuine and so appreciated. Great communication by both drivers and the signed card we received with the urn was a very kind gesture, it was very touching. My 95 year old mother had to put her 14 year old chiwawa down. Mom has pretty extensive dementia and when the time came to put her best friend down she became extremely combative. Amy, the vet that was assigned to this, on Christmas Eve no less had her hands full with mom, or so I thought. She was absolutley amazing in the gentleness she showed with mom's pup but even more impressive was how she was able to calm mom down and put her mind at ease. Thank you Dr Amy!!
