It is never easy dealing with the loss of a loved one, especially trying to work through the details as you are greiving and mourning such a painful loss. American Cremations stepped in for my family and helped ease the process for me. From the moment I first called, I spoke with Ken, who was patient, understanding, and supportive; Ken basically took the reigns of everything for me. It was only a few hours after my first call with Ken that my grandmother passed, and within less than an hour American Cremations had arrived. Following her pick up we attended her cremation, where Estrella greeted us.
