I genuinely cant thank this company enough for how respectfully and sincerely this entire process was handled. We sadly lost our sweet kitty very suddenly and traumatically. Safe passage was able to pick up his body at 9pm on a dark, cold and rainy night. The driver stayed for a couple minutes to chat and share some grief with us, there was absolutely no sign of him rushing or being bothered by our obviously strong emotions. The empathy was clearly genuine and so appreciated. Great communication by both drivers and the signed card we received with the urn was a very kind gesture, it was very touching. My 95 year old mother had to put her 14 year old chiwawa down. Mom has pretty extensive dementia and when the time came to put her best friend down she became extremely combative. Amy, the vet that was assigned to this, on Christmas Eve no less had her hands full with mom, or so I thought. She was absolutley amazing in the gentleness she showed with mom's pup but even more impressive was how she was able to calm mom down and put her mind at ease. Thank you Dr Amy!!

While researching at-home euthanasia for my 18-year-old puppy, I came across Safe Passage. I was distraughtunsure of what, how, where, and whenagonizing over what was ahead of me. Safe Passage lifted me up and made a heartbreaking time bearable. From the very first call, I was received with kindness, empathy, and genuine support. As arrangements were being made, I felt as though my hand was held every step of the way so that my sweet baby could pass peacefully in the comfort of his home, in my arms. In the midst of sorrow, I felt carried and blessed. I am deeply grateful for the compassion and care Safe Passage provided. My heart was shattering as I came to terms with letting my sweet Lukie go. I was blessed to be connected with Dr. Amy. She was patient, gentle, kind, compassionate, and comfortingeverything I needed in such a painful moment. Dr. Amy was deeply attuned, professional, and so tender with both Lukie and me. She was everything I could have hoped for in our time of ne
