We have used this company several times after the loss of our loved ones. They are so professional and polite. We can not thank them enough for helping my family during our difficult times.

I recently attended a funeral here and the service was beautiful. The staff was very professional. I spoke with Lindsay and she gave me some pricing and information and answered some questions I had she was very informative, and is a very nice young lady.

Chris Jenson and the crew at Family Funeral & Cremation in Pensacola were very helpful with my needs. My father had a prepaid funeral policy with a Funeral Home out-of-state. I needed services to prepare and transport my father. I also needed to better understand the details of the existing policy and what additional services and expenses might be required. Chris set up a phone conference with the other Funeral Director and together we went through the details of cost, coverage, and services and came to a common agreement. The staff at Family Funeral had a high degree of integrity, a professional respect for the situation, and offered exactly the services I needed. I highly recommend them.

After a glowing recommendation from a close family friend, we entrusted Tracy Morton with my mothers final journey to Barrancas National Cemetery. Since we were coming from out of town, Tracy went above and beyond to coordinate with the local funeral home to ensure my mothers casket was transported safely to Pensacola. What touched us most, however, was the care she took with my mothers appearance. My son said it best: 'The last time I saw Grandma she was bedridden and didn't look like her. When I saw her today, I saw my Granny again.' The entire staff at Tracy Morton Memorial Chapel is professional, empathetic, and truly cares about the families they serve. A special thank you to Eddie for his exceptional assistance with the processional and committal service. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Larry and the staff at Faith Chapel went above and beyond to help us after the death of our mother. They are excellent.

Our family has been using Faith Chapel for 44 years that I know of and possibly longer. They even helped when a friend had no insurance and gave us guidance on what to do not knowing who we were when we called. My mother passed this week and we met with Mr. Larry Pearson for arrangements. Her passing wasnt a total shock and we were in a mindset to exchange pleasantries and a few jokes during our appointment. We didnt have tons of money to spend for the funeral but still wanted it to be beautiful. The tears came when Mr. Larry had the kindness of an angel and helped us make everything fit within our budget. Our family has never been let down by Faith Chapel. Thank you so much to everyone there but especially Mr. Larry Pearson. We couldnt have done this without you.

My daughter had just passed. There was conflict with family members due to a nasty domestic abuse marriage. Tanner was my angel. The issues about ashes, viewing times, etc. He created solutions to the obstacles that were causing me pain. he arranged two separate viewing times, spoke several times with both parties to create peace for me. He had his staff come early so I could catch my plane. He made me feel at ease and I knew he had my back. As a mother you have no rights. Tanner has found his calling. Truly a man of God. I cant thank him enough. I send my love and thanks to my angel. ��

Harper Morris was such a pleasure. Tanner went above and beyond to take care of our loved one, and kept us informed through the entire process. Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel and funeral home did an outstanding job taking care of our needs during a very difficult and sudden loss. They were always available to answer our calls, and were extremely efficient in receiving my brother and preparing him for cremation. Beverly was kind, patient, gracious, and understanding. Her and I had a nice talk before the viewing of my brother. Funeral home allowed us to take as much time as was needed to say our farewells. They kept us updated on death certificates, cremation date, and really worked to ensure things were settled in a timely manner. My mother and I would like to extend a sincere, thank you for your excellence in service, and dedication to supporting the family during this time of loss.

Bayview did an excellent service for me in accommodating the needs of my family for the burial of my sister Linda. They worked on my schedule and budget to make the entire process possible. This is a very professionally run Funeral Home and Cemetery. We were thankful for their services and family focused staff.

A most wonderful and gracious director, Eric Manuel, and staff facilitate this Eastern Gate funeral home in Pensacola, FL. We brought my mother from Memphis to bury her with her husband, daughter and mother. We had my mothers celebration of life and memorial on November 1 at this Dignity Funeral Home and I couldnt have asked for a better place to have her service. Eric accommodated us in every way with kindness and grace. I recommend this funeral home if you want your loved one to be cared for with dignity and love.

We found the funeral representative to be very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all the information we sought. We appreciated their honesty in revealing that they were on the higher end of cost compared with others in the community. Our only criticism was that we wanted to secure cashiers checks from our bank for the monies owed. That way the money was out of our account and we wouldnt have to wait for a personal check to clear. We were assured that our checks would be automatically deposited the same day we handed them over. The truth was that the biggest checks had to be mailed to the insurers and this has taken several days to clear our account.

My grandfather was recently buried here. We were treated by Rick Bailey and Chris with the upmost, respect, and compassion. I have buried my grandmother, my uncle, and now my grandfather at this establishment. The funeral service was perfect and the military honors and police escort to the cemetery was exactly what my grandfather would've wanted.. It's funny when people die those that have guilt and regret... lash out unfortunately have done so in this case..really shows true colors...harassed the funeral home and leaving untrue reviews ... despite everything Rick has been a blessing to me in my time of grieving... I would recommend this funeral parlor to anyone in Pensacola ...what an honor to have them help me with the process of putting my AMAZING grandfather Gene to rest..thank you Rick and Chris....for your patience professionalism and respect...d.

My mother Jackie Barker passed in January and the team at Christian Family Funeral home was amazing. Jenna , and Tracy made this difficult transition a breeze. When my mom passed, I called around to a few different funeral homes in Pensacola. When speaking to Josh, it was obvious why I would chose Trahan. He was honest from the beginning on all costs, timelines, preparations. He was always available and responded very quickly each time I had a question. Words cannot describe the level of caring, compassion, sensibility, and professionalism that your team and you displayed during one of the most difficult times for my wife and me. Before my mom passed away you and your team provided all the necessary information and procedures to pick up my mom, the necessary documentation to transport my mom from Pensacola to Puerto Rico. Along with the coordination with the funeral director in Puerto Rico by providing them with flight times, airlines, and all the necessary supporting documents to make the transition seamlessly. I personally was very impressed in the manner Mr. Caleb worked with the nurses and doctor at the nursing facility where she resided. Your prompt decision to make the necessary corrections to the documentation in which they erred three consecutive times. In
