Chris Jenson and the crew at Family Funeral & Cremation in Pensacola were very helpful with my needs. My father had a prepaid funeral policy with a Funeral Home out-of-state. I needed services to prepare and transport my father. I also needed to better understand the details of the existing policy and what additional services and expenses might be required. Chris set up a phone conference with the other Funeral Director and together we went through the details of cost, coverage, and services and came to a common agreement. The staff at Family Funeral had a high degree of integrity, a professional respect for the situation, and offered exactly the services I needed. I highly recommend them.
