If youre looking for a place whos sole purpose is about what YOU want, this is the place. My father's death really rifted my family and ultimately, I had the responsibility to take care of things. Ernie and Yesenia really went above and beyond for me and ill always be eternally grateful. They guided me, they worked at my pace, and when it was time to put my foot down.. they had my back. I really couldn't ask for more pleasant people. Your worst day doesnt have to be absolutely THE WORST. Not when you have people like Ernie and Yesenia � blessed to have such caring people like you guys! Than you again!!

I lost my baby brother very unexpectedly in November, just a week before Thanksgiving. With our parents out of state I started calling several different funeral homes to just get an idea of prices. Tyler answered my call when I called Bobbitt. The very first question he as was my brother name. And thought our conversation about what my family wanted for him Tyler used his name. That meant so much to, and our parents when I told them. All the other places did not even ask. When our mother was able to get her from Washington Tyler and everything taken can of for my family. It made it seamless as possible. Tyler I cant thank you enough for the care that you took with my family and with my brother. You made one the most difficult times so much easier on my entire family. I was very pleased with Bobbitt Memorial Chapel. They were very professional, efficient and caring.

I appreciate the wonderful assistance I received at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery. My grandparents are buried here. Initially I couldnt find the grave site. The family service gentleman researched and located the site for us. He went out of his way walking the property until he located the old dusty head stone. Also one of the groundskeeper, Robert, stopped by, cleared the grass and cleaned the stone. We were able to see the lovely engraving of nearby mountains along with my grandparents names and dates. His kindness is much appreciated. Thank you Mt. View Cemetery for your patience assistance in making this visit a positive memory for me.

Eddie the grounds keeper is amazing he helped us find and turn over the flower vases my father, grandparents, and great grandmother. Sometime they are so hard to get to no matter what you do. Eddie helped us no questions ask quick and easy and extremely polite

She made the process so much easier for us and was always available to help us with anything we needed. My husband's funeral was yesterday. His body was flown from Texas and received with care. Seasons of illness required the application of makeup, and the job was done perfectly! My very dignified husband was presented EXACTLY as the man he was. Mr. Hemphill and his staff were professional, hands-on, communicative, and so helpful during this very difficult period. I wanted to take a moment out to write this review.I don't usually do reviews, but the service I received and the service.I have witnessed with other funerals done by Hemphill Mortuary... The service has been nothing less than outstanding. If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I would I lost my mother on Mother's Day of this year. And of course, as you can imagine, I was a wreck. All over the place and the owner of the mortuary, his name is Brian Hemphill and he is a kind, loving, God fearing man, and he had the utmost respect for my mom first and foremost. As well as for my father, My family and of course myself, the service we received for my mother's funeral was stellar! My father was so impressed.... That he told me when he dies, he wants Brian Hemphill to do his service. Simplicity Cremation was amazing when my Papa passed away. They made such a hard time feel a little easier with how kind and compassionate they were. Their customer service representative was so helpful and patient. Simplicity made one of the most difficult times in my life a little more bearable with their kindness, clarity, and true compassion. You can tell they genuinely care. Im obviously not looking forward to needing their services again, but its comforting to know theres a company I can trust wholeheartedly when the time comes. Could not recommend them more.

The entire process of choosing Simplicity was a read to me and my family. They made a very painful experience into something manageable. Their staff was always professional and spoke with warmth and comfort. The process of filling out paperwork was also incredibly straight-forward, and left no room for errors. Overall, nobody wants to have to go through this process, but they helped my family tremendously, and we are all incredibly thankful for them.

I can not say enough. The handling of the passing of my mom and best friend is one of the worst periods in my life but they made it less so. I appreciated their kindness and patience. They were gentle and did not try to upsell us.
