My family and I are grateful for all the services. My parents wanted my brother's services to be as soon as possible; the funeral home mobilized to make the arrangements and so it was done. All this made difficult times more bearable (especially because the dates were very close to Christmas). We had no inconvenience with or during the services. We are grateful for your service.
This is the second time I am writing a review as i needed to call them again regarding my brother death certificate . I was dealing with Reyna the second time around and I must say she is an amazing hard working individual. I told her what I needed and she got it done in no time.
There are absolutely no words to convey the sincerity and the compassion I received from Garcia Mortuary. Lorena handled everything, and she patiently helped me through the process of cremation. My beloved brother passed away in California , and I live in Dallas. With that said, she handled my brothers cremation in such a respectful way that I was not needed to be there, and she personally went to post office to make sure my brothers remain was handled safely and respectfully.
