Though it's an unfortunate necessity of life, O'Connor makes the experience comforting with their expertise in this space, and their staff is compassionate and has empathy for the family.

Terese was the angel My brother and I had the pleasure of dealing with to arrange my dads cremation. She and her colleague, forgive me for not remembering her name, went above and beyond to let me see my dad before his cremation, and for that I am forever grateful. My dads death was so tragic, and literally the only thoughts that give me peace are the ones associated with arranging his cremation, and the love and compassion that were given to us by these lovely women. Cant begin to tell you what that means. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
