Marie helped set up the services for my brother and guided us through the entire process. She was kind, professional, efficient and warm. I absolutely loved her customer service and she was very well informed. Anything I would request, she would immediately work on it and deliver. If I had questions, shed immediately answer my calls and emails. I have no complaints about her work ethic and her work in general. I would definitely recommend working with her. Amy was also very nice and professional, cant say much about her because we hardly spoke because Marie was the one who handled our brothers services. The place was always clean and presentable. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because it was pretty warm in there during our service and it was stuffy even with the doors open. If they fix the conditioning issues or lower the temperature it will be 5/5 stars. If you read this Marie, thank you so much for your help and warmth. You were so friendly and kind beyond measure, you defini
