Even though we have troubled Dennis with phone calls throughout the day and night, he has remained respectful and light hearted. As disorganized as our time was and our religious traditions, Dennis accommodated for our needs and was understanding to our family. When we had to reschedule the service days last minute, he wasn't unkind or iffy of our choices, instead he happily reschedule even though it was on such a short notice. As the service day arrived, he even went out of his way to check on us in the middle of such a hard time and made sure we were on schedule. On the funeral day, he had ensured that our loved one safely arrived to her final resting place. His actions and kindness were truly heartwarming as the owner and advisor of the chapel. In combination with his hospitality, his pricings were affordable and humble.
The quality of the livestream was very good. The sound and visuals were clear.

When my mom passed, I had no clue what to do. Then I remembered she told me she had taken care of everything through Trident Society. One call to them and everything was handled, as were all the questions I had. They even followed up afterwards to check in me. Now I'm going to do the same for myself, so anyone that has to handle me at the end will have a lot less to worry about.
Trident Crematory provided compassionate, professional, and dignified service during a very difficult time. From the first interaction, the staff was kind, patient, and respectful, making sure every step of the process was clearly explained. They handled everything with care and sensitivity, which brought a great deal of comfort to our family. The overall experience reflected genuine professionalism and empathy. Im truly grateful for the support they provided and would highly recommend Trident Crematory to anyone in need of caring and reliable services.
1. I suggest you consider a pre-need arrangement. If not with Neptune, with some reliable organization. It really made a difference in handling things. Having them help me made a huge difference, and it helped that they were all very nice and considerate and did not try to upsell me on anything. Just what I had already paid for. All I had to do was arrange for the memorial she deserved w/o extra burdens. 2. They sent an email each week for 12 weeks with very meaningful and helpful tips to guide you through the grieving process. No unrealistic expectations just common sense, delivered in a sensitive way. I shared some content with an expert in the field with positive feedback. I will never stop missing and grieving for my wife of 38 years but this helped me to rejoin life and move forward with her always in my heart.

My Grandparents and parents are buried next to each other here. I attended all of their wakes and funerals here. The staff were so kind and sensitive to me and my family. They're able to balance being professional and sympathetic. I've always sang their praises when asked about our experience with them. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the grass is never overgrown on their stones. Thank you for your wonderful services.....

Being a former employee of SCI/Oak Hill I was very familiar with Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Although I had many options available to me Cedar Lawn Cemetery was a great fit. Ms. Clarice Burnett took the time to work with my father. The facility is always clean and inviting. The landscaping is always maintained. Ms. Clarice Burnett showed us the most cost effective option to protect my fathers nuclear family unit. Due to his generosity we will all have a safe place for eternity. Thank you, Augustine Rodriquez Jr.
