My son recently passed away and we chose peaceful reflections cremation. We were so pleased with Hanna and the help and compassion she showed us.. She is a lovely caring person who helped us deal with this in a very caring way. We were so glad we chose this place because it was a difficult time and she made it so easy to get through this. Also, the price was very reasonable.
If you are contemplating a choice of crematorium then I definately recommend choosing Peaceful Reflections (PR). Of course, everyone's circumstances vary and mine were no different. i.e., my location is 2,100+ miles away and travel was impossible. All communication, filling and signing of forms, etc. was conducted via telephone, texts and email. Hannah (Director) was exemplary in this regard. Her responses to my many questions were informative and prompt which I very much appreciated. Also, PR services, policies and practices are in strict accordance to applicable laws and regulations. That being said, you can rest assured knowing that your loved one's cremains are indeed those of your loved one ...an important detail often overlooked. Bottomline, PR personnel care and understand full well all that goes with loss; they will handle most of the details providing peace of mind but do require some pertinent information about your loved one. As an aside, no memorial services are offered. I
Highly recommend this place for cremation of a loved one. We used this service for my 100 year grandfather t. Hannah is very kind, understanding, and helpful. She never pushed additional services or products. I only wished I knew about direct cremation when my parents passed away, other funeral services pushed and oversell expensive services.
