When my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly we were lost as to what the next steps were for cremation and funeral arrangements. We met with our funeral director, Samantha, at Schramka (Thiensville) and she immediately showed us so much compassion and care. She made the planning so easy and we never felt like she was giving us a sales pitch. She truly cared about honoring our loved one in the best way we could. She catered to our requests and talked us through the things we werent quite sure about. Every step of the process was perfect. We had a beautiful service and people still keep telling us how wonderful the funeral and funeral home were. My family could not thank Samantha and Schramka enough for all they have done for us. We will be back soon for pre-planning arrangements too.

Samantha was amazing! She was patient, supportive, detailed. She did a wonderful job setting up our Taps Ceremony. She was very quick on my last minute hiccup with our prayer cards. I would highly recommend to families trying to navigate such a stressful and sad time and need help with funeral arrangements to work with Samantha.

Shelly was phenomenal. My mom died unexpectedly and she was so kind and talked to me so warmly. She made me feel like one of her friends. I truly cannot say how wonderful Shelly and Harder funeral home was during the worst time of my life.

I husband passes away on 1/11/24 and I contacted Harder Funeral Home and scheduled a visit for /13/2024. Shelly took care of our family . He showed us so much love and compassion. She explained everything to us. I would recommend this funeral to other family and friends.

All the Staff at Krause were absolutely amazing in honoring my mother. Elise and Jeannie were great to work with in a difficult season. They took a lot of care in the details which I truly appreciated. I was very impressed that they mailed me pictures of all the flowers and notes that were sent along with the loving comments people made online about my mother. Jeannie has a great gift as a celebrant; Many people told me it was the best service they had been to. 10/10 would recommend Krause Funeral Homes, especially their Brookfield location where our service and visitation were held. The whole process once done was so healing. Thank you again for doing such a great job honoring my mom!

Their beautiful facilities provided a peaceful, comforting setting during such a painful time. The staff communicated with us exceptionally well and guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity. They handled the details we didnt even know to think about, which allowed us to simply focus on honoring my dad. I attended a band concert hear. The chapel was beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the concert.

Was here for a funeral. Beautiful building and grounds. Chapel was nice, all employees were pleasant, lunch was great along with open bar. Woman running lunch was helpful and very nice.

The whole Church and Chapel team were very Professional, very Respectful, and very Accomodating. They walked us through each step of our dads passing process and made the whole experience much easier to deal with. I would highly recemmond calling them for any of your loved ones passing.

Church and Chapel were a pleasure to work with, specifically during this difficult time. The staff, starting with Kevin, whom preformed the finalization details. Kevin, provided the confidence and assurance to us that the funeral service would be performed befitting of our expectations. On the day of the service, Christine and Mark were present to address any issues that may arise, though, through the detailed pre planning, every aspect went smoothly. Reverend Tom Griffey did an outstanding job of relaying my Mother's life on a humanistic level as well as a religious aspect. I couldn't be happier with Reverend Tom's service.

The Cremation Society of Waukesha provided caring support for our family. I would definitely recommend their services and support.

Everyone here was so very comforting to myself and my family. They followed up with us several times to see how we are doing. We lost our Mom on 9-8-25 and they provided us exceptional service. Then unfortunately we lost our Dad just a short 10 days later on 9-18-25, and again we contacted them to help us. We highly recommend this place.
