I was at the point of no direction and utter fear after losing my father suddenly this past October. Honestly not knowing the first step in what to do, and my late father not having any final wishes or finances to make things simplified, I was at a complete loss. I would just like to thank John, and all staff, first for their professionalism, dedication to service, but also making my mother and myself feel welcomed and making the entire process straightforward, putting both of us at ease during such a traumatic time. From the first day we put Brett Funeral Home in charge of my father, until now, they have provided us with nothing less than the best. From my heart to yours, thank you.

John and his team have been simply wonderful every step of the way since losing my Mother. Theres a reason the Milwaukee Medical Examiners Office directed me to them. Im from Detroit and my mothers lived in Milwaukee for the past twenty-plus years. Its so difficult to lose anyone, let alone trying to have remains taken care of and brought home across state lines when you cant physically be there. Ive been provided such clear guidance and help when I needed it the most! Really appreciate all theyve done!

I can't thank the staff at Max A. Sass enough for their help during the passing of my mother. Everyone was extremely nice and compassionate. They reached out mutiple times by phone and text to check in and make sure I was ok and offered any support that may be needed. OMG! I was so pleased with the professionalism and compassion that the Leon Williamson family and staff provided me and my family. They took such good care of my mom(the deceased). She was beautiful! They were so helpful in every aspect and in our time of need. No detail was overlooked. They filled in details wherever needed and/or that was unforseen to me and my family. I can't say enough about the staff. They are well-suited for the positions of compassionate care. Perfect place for any homegoing celebration!

I just recently had a service here for my mother, and I will say that they did a good job. my friends also said that it was a good service. For this to be my first time experiencing something like this. I had a lot of questions. And they were not getting frustrated with me, which I greatly appreciate. They were willing to answer all of my questions and work with me. A month after the service, they even reached out to me to ask me if I was doing OK and that is something that I really appreciate . Despite the circumstances, I would say I had a good experience .

I had a wonderful experience with Rozga Funeral Home! I should have wrote this review months ago. Trevor, the director and all of the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. My father passed away in June unexpectedly, and the funeral home was very sympathetic for my loss and was understanding. When choosing a funeral home, I went with Rozga because they made the time to answer all of my questions about pricing and types of services they offered. I felt Rozga Funeral Home was very genuine with making a personal connection with me. I highly recommend this business!

Obviously using a funeral home is a service no one wants to have to use, but they made it a smooth process and were very helpful getting us what we needed. Chapel was welcoming and clean and the employees were just as warming and patient as could be. It made a hard day a little easier knowing they were there to help us get through it.

This transition for my family was smooth; They took care to make sure Mom was funeralized properly and checked in us as well.

We cannot thank the staff enough for the compassion and care they showed our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. Losing our father was incredibly painful, but they handled every detail with professionalism, kindness, and dignity. They made a difficult process feel gentle and supported, and we always felt like our family and our dad were truly honored. We are so grateful for the respect they showed him and the comfort they gave us. We will never forget their kindness.

We had my dads service here and it was my first time going through the process of doing this. I will say Krause staff made it easy. They worked with the budget we had. The staff that came to pick up my dad from hospice was respectful and nice. The reason for 4 stars was because I did call and tell them to give my dad a goatee and they shaved all his facial hair off. I didnt like that. When I questioned a staff member about it she was misinformed and said that my dad came there like that and I said no he didnt I was with him until the put him in the hearse. My dad and I had lots of conversations about facial hair and I loved him with it and at first he didnt agree and would always shave it off but at the end he loved his facial hair. Overall, the experience was good. I would recommend them.

Very accommodating and helpful

Our sons death was sudden and since he was a source of so much love to our family, very hard on us. I am a Catholic deacon and am part of many funerals each year, so I knew Heritage would be more than just a funeral home. They stepped in took care of everything they could, and for those things we had to do, their nudges were thought out and gentle. In a very little time they listened and embraced our story and helped us create a gentle memory, and an amazing hug for our son. We are more than thankful.

My wifes memorial service is being held out of state, but I utilized Heritage to locally handle the cremation, publishing of the obituary and securing death notices. James Klemmer of Heritage handled these matters for me expeditiously and his tact and compassion are greatly appreciated by me.

Ian at Perennial Memorial Urns did a superb job at building the Traditional Walnut Urn that we purchased for my dad's funeral and burial. Because my dad loved wood and woodworking we had to find the right urn for him. We searched the internet for solid wood urns that looked handmade and not like they were created off an assembly line. We struck gold when our search led us to Perennial Urns. I called the number on the website and was pleasantly surprised to be speaking to Ian, the woodworker that was making the urns! My dad would have loved this! Ian was able to engrave the urn and have it sent to our destination quickly. When it arrived it was even more beautiful than it appeared on the internet and extremely well-made and their prices are more than reasonable! I can't recommend Perennial Urns enough!

I used Values Cremation for a family member. Staff were available by phone and email both early and late, and answered all my questions. They were able to help me out by expediting death certificates. Overall, a great experience at a difficult time.
