Speechless is all I can say what the Owner Wayne has done for our family. From the moment our Loved One left us, we decided to go with Valley Funeral Home with Wayne, who took care of all our worries with the actual Funeral Preparations at the Funeral. We were already mourning and stressed out for what's to come, but with Wayne's willing to help with everything, that has eased everything for us. Wayne is a thoughtful person too and understands what each family is going through since he lossed a loved one too. He was willing to negotiate a price both of us were an agreement too, which for a business is tough, but he still did it out of this love for the community. Not only of that, but he assisted with all of the Death Certificate and the issues we had with it. Wayne helped with amending the Original Death Certificate too, which helped out alot. At the end of the day, if you loss a Loved one, if you go with VFH under Wayne's wing, you and your family will be taken cared of.

Valley Funeral Home is exceptional. I can't say enought about the care and kindness shown from the very beginning. Laura was amazing. She paid attention to the smallest detail, including bring a locket I ordered to the burial so I would have it. In a time of grief when you are walking through unchartered waters, they were there to guide you. My husband and son are now in their final resting places and there is comfort in my heart. It is because of the not only the personal support received, but for the support provided from all the individuals at Valley Funeral Home.

My brother's wishes were to be cremated and have no funeral service. Although I appreciate that the funeral director didn't try to 'up-sell' us, I was angry and hurt that they hadn't notified us when his cremains were ready to be picked up. We received a bill in the mail for the balance due, instead. The owner called me after learning about the issue and apologized. He indicated that they had begun using a new system and hadn't worked out all the kinks yet, and that he was deeply sorry this happened The phone call and explanation meant a lot, and has changed my opinion of the service I received. Hopefully, I won't need to use their services again, but wouldn't hesitate to do so if the occasion did arise.

Macaulay and her team were amazing! She showed our family grace and compassion from the first moment together and still! The process was hard emotionally but Macaulay helped our family every step of the way. Her guidance was so much appreciated! Thank you!!! The Drawenek family!

Terry Wolfwrath just took care of our family for my dads funeral. The care compassion and professionalism was amazing. Every detail was delivered and made our grief a little more bearable. From making the arrangements to the day of the funeral he kept us informed with everything. He checked in with us during the week to see how we were all doing. Talk about personal. Terry crushed it!

We recently went through two funerals and burials a day apart from one another. We also have many loved ones at HMP. Heath Pozorski was our counselor and he is truly an exceptional human and is phenomenal at his job. During the burials he was the first one there and greeted us warmly and later drove us over to the second burial site in a procession. Again, he was by our side through it all and being two right after one another, they took place without a hitch. Not a small feat. There is something truly special about Heath and the connection he is able to make with you. He is genuine, sincere and makes the entire process easier to bear. As hard of a process as it is, you almost look forward to the meetings due to knowing youre meeting with Heath. During the meeting days after to finalize a few things, he demonstrated sincere empathy, compassion and so much caring in wanting to know how we were holding up along with asking for feedback about the process, citing he can only do better

Have to say over the past few years, the place has been noticeably spotless in thanks to Ken. Was lucky enough to meet this incredible man who not only takes great pride in his work, but goes out of his way to get to know people and learn of their loved ones. His presence has definitely made Highlands a very warm and trusted place for our loved ones and their families. I hope more people have the chance to meet him. O

Megan was very kind and compassionate during our time of sorrow. She was very helpful to our family. And was very willing to do anything to make this an easy situation. All we need from highland memorial is to make sure that martin,iola, and Emma biebows Graves are kept clean and have vases. And that Daniel biebow also has a vase. Thank you for all your help.

Amazing work

Of all the planning we did in preparation for our wedding, Molly at Memorial Florists made the floral arrangement process the easiest and the results were absolutely stunning! She was able to flawlessly capture our perfect arrangements for the table, ceremony, head table, and other accents. I highly recommend Memorial Florists for your wedding if you want a straightforward and wife pleasing start to your marriage!

Great funeral home. This place can accommodate a large group with kitchen and walking coolers. Super convenient and great central location. The owner is very friendly and always willing to help.

The whole team at Riverside Cemetery was super helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know. We were traveling from out of state, and on the day of internment they even made last minute changes to the cremation vessel for us. ALSO - the Riverside Cemetery staff continued to work after the burial to get a veterans marker placed on the burial site.

Riverside Cemetery was very helpful as I navigated the burial of my parents remains. Living out of town, Riverside staff assisted me with securing the old records, confirming their existence, going out and photographing the location of the plot in winter snows. They helped my brother and me with all of the arrangements with a local vendor to manufacture and set the headstone on a concrete pad and detailed its location on a map for when our family visited. The grounds are well maintained, the cemetery location easy to access and it is quiet and peaceful. Our family is very grateful and thankful for the longevity and commitment of this facility to the community.

Debbie and her staff have been wonderful to work with. I live in CA and when my mother and father passed I wanted them to be buried with her family at Riverside. Debbie made the logistics easy and palatable. She also emails me a photo every year at Christmas time with the snow. All the staff go above and beyond. I am very grateful.

Beautiful and well maintained Cemetery!

I truly miss this cemetery as my kids and I would take walks here , I miss our cemeteries up north . You will never find ones like we have up there <3 Miss you guys !
