Casey Family Options was so great to work with in such a difficult time. They were more than accommodating and helped guide us in decisions we haven't had to make before. They thoroughly explained the process and answered all our questions, making sure we had no further concerns. Thomas specifically was amazing. He is so professional and kind, and shows so much compassion to everyone he works with. He was great with communicating, and I knew he was available if we were to need anything. I would absolutely work with Thomas, and their entire team, again if needed and recommend them to anyone needing their services in a time of need. Thank you guys for being so great!

I cannot express how much gratitude my family and I feel for the support we received during our fathers funeral. From the very beginning, the staff was compassionate, patient, and attentive to every detail. Their professionalism, guidance and respect for our funeral traditions really and truly made an unbearable time easier to walk through. The funeral home and the staff went above and beyond beyond!!! However do not get turned off by their receptionist. She may put a bad taste in your mouth by the way she approaches things, but the rest of the staff does a fantastic job!!! They went above and beyond from start to finish.

The staff is kind, compassionate, proficient, and accomplished. They were attentive and vigilant in assuring that all of our mom's previously-arranged requests were conducted and did so with personal and professional excellence. Piasecki Funeral Home offered immense comfort and peace as we navigated our way through a time of great loss.

When you are forced to join a club that nobody wants to be in.....there is nobody that will treat you better then our (now) extended family at Piasecki. Never wanted to be here but even now 2 months later they still keep in contact and have been such a blessing throughout our grief. I cannot express just how grateful we are to Barbie and the entire staff at Piasecki. I pray everyday that God blesses the folks here as much as they have blessed us...thank you Barbie and the Piasecki family for everything we are forever grateful!!!!!

Losing my mom was completely unexpected, and I wasnt prepared in any way. Being new to the area made everything feel even more overwhelming  we didnt know where to turn. Calling Proko was the best decision I could have made. Rachael Proko and her team surrounded my family with patience, compassion, and understanding. They held our hands through the entire process and treated my mom as if she were their own. Their communication was clear and comforting, and their professionalism gave us peace during a very painful time. My moms final goodbye was truly beautiful. The facility felt warm and welcoming, and for a moment, it made the grief feel a little lighter. Proko didnt just take care of my mom  they took care of all of us. They went well beyond their normal responsibilities; they also helped us with handling some legal state and international paperwork related to my mom's passing. Truly grateful for all their help.

When such a stressful and sad time comes along in life, these folks are the BEST in the business!!! I can't say enough good things about Shannon and everyone we worked with at Proko. They helped us say our goodbyes to our mother in law with dignity and grace. Highest of recommendations!

Great Experience During a Difficult Time I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Joe and the entire team at Kenosha Funeral Services and Crematory. Joe was kind enough to come in on his day off to help us after the loss of our beloved pet. The whole team made us feel comfortable and supported, answering all of our questions with compassion and care. I truly appreciate their professionalism and empathy during such a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend them for all afterlife needswhether for humans or animals.

One of our cats passed away last week and I didn't want to pay the high price of having him cremated through a veterinarian. While researching for another option I came across Kenosha Funeral Services & Crematory. I gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised when they told me the price. They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling drop off and pick up times. Joe was able to meet me at the funeral home after my work hours and saved me from having to take time off from work. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to get there pet cremated.
