Losing my mom was completely unexpected, and I wasnt prepared in any way. Being new to the area made everything feel even more overwhelming  we didnt know where to turn. Calling Proko was the best decision I could have made. Rachael Proko and her team surrounded my family with patience, compassion, and understanding. They held our hands through the entire process and treated my mom as if she were their own. Their communication was clear and comforting, and their professionalism gave us peace during a very painful time. My moms final goodbye was truly beautiful. The facility felt warm and welcoming, and for a moment, it made the grief feel a little lighter. Proko didnt just take care of my mom  they took care of all of us. They went well beyond their normal responsibilities; they also helped us with handling some legal state and international paperwork related to my mom's passing. Truly grateful for all their help.

When such a stressful and sad time comes along in life, these folks are the BEST in the business!!! I can't say enough good things about Shannon and everyone we worked with at Proko. They helped us say our goodbyes to our mother in law with dignity and grace. Highest of recommendations!
