They did a beautiful job for our son Kaleb Breding 21, who passed October 2nd, 2024. They never made us feel rushed and looked after our family as if we were their family. Their love, kindness, and respect they gave our son and family we could never thank them enough. They also, went out of their way to make a room available for my nephew 3 autistic nonverbal just incase he became overstimulated. Having extra space for even Kaleb's younger brothers to take a moment was a blessing. They are not just a place out for the money. They don't just sit in the office well you greve your loved one. They come and talk with you and check in on you. They talk to family and friends and get to know your loved one. They even gave us time to come back the next day to pick flowers, plants, cards up.. Just so we had time as a family to breathe. They kept everything clean and picked up and do clean up after people leave. Thank you doesn't even give justice for everyone's kindness. You can ask them anythin

John was AMAZING! My grandfather died suddenly and we as a family had no idea what we were doing. John was quick in retrieving my grandpa and ensured us that he was safe and peaceful. He walked us through our options and was very patient and kind. Only a couple of us wanted to see him to say our goodbyes and he quickly and gladly arranged for us to see him. He was treated with the utmost respect! They handled everything for his military honors and everyone we dealt with was beyond compassionate. My family had been choosing this home for years and now I understand why! I couldnt imagine better people to care for my loved one! THANK YOU!

Everyone was so patient and kind! Matt and Carissa were the people we worked with and we were so blessed to have them! I cant remember the name of the gentleman who traveled to Joliet with mom s body for burial, but he was also extremely professional and helpful! We will continue to seek out and recommend Konrad-Behlman for our future needs in this life!

While I didn't go through them for my mother's cremation (couldn't afford it), they were the house that held onto my mom for over a week while I sorted through the wreckage in the immediate aftermath of her passing. They were extremely kind and generous to me and I will never be able to repay that even if I had all of the money in the world, because they could have been heartless ghouls, but chose to embrace the best parts of humanity knowing I needed their help. They even directed me to the group that would ultimately complete my mother's cremation. They are a top notch outfit and I couldn't possibly say enough good things about them.
